The Petition for Honours which follows entails either the Noble Rank of Count or Countess, Marquis or Marchioness or Duke or Duchess. Those who successfully gain The Prince's favour in the attainment of such a Title become Nobles of the Principality and are automatically enrolled in The Prince's Exclusive and Private House Order of St. Victor, a worthy Honour in and of itself.

The Fee is $1,500 (US) or Pounds Sterling, or Equivalent.
There are no annual dues or other Fees.
